How does FForder operate?We utilize the FForder platform for our shipping operations. Typically, customers forward us details of their best-selling products from AliExpress, and we offer competitive pricing. Once you find the price agreeable, we locate the corresponding product on FForder for you to make the payment. On regular business days, we ensure to provide the tracking code within one day of receiving payment and aim to dispatch the goods within three days. Delivery takes 8-12 days to reach Brazil after dispatch.

What if I can’t find the product I want on your platform?You can send me a picture of the product or the AliExpress link. I will analyze the product details, find a professional factory, inquire about the price, and create a dedicated link for your store’s product variant on the platform to help you process the order.

How to check the quoted price？After we quote, you can check the quoted product price by selecting “only myself” in the FForder product library.

Do you provide imported products, or do you have local warehouses in different country to speed up order shipping?Generally, we ship directly from China to each country after the customer places an order. However, if the customer wants to stock inventory locally in local country, we can also use sea freight to transport the goods to the lcoal warehouse, speeding up order shipping.

How does FFODER handle refunds and after-sales support?All orders come with comprehensive logistics tracking, allowing you to monitor the process at any time. Should any goods be lost or damaged, rest assured that we will address these issues promptly, offering solutions such as replacements or refunds. To ensure a secure shopping experience for both you and your customers, we have a dedicated team and customer service ready to manage your orders, especially designed for long-term cooperation.

Can I customize the product packaging?Yes, you need to send me the packaging files, order quantity, and dimensions. I will send them to the factory and get back to you with their response. Custom packaging fees need to be paid in full in advance.

How to list products?You can select the products you want from our FForder client’s product library and list them in your store. You can also list products found on Amazon and AliExpress. After receiving an order, we will map it to FForder.

Are the products on the platform shipped for free?Shipping costs vary by country. You can send me the products and the country you need, and I will contact the factory to negotiate the price and create a custom free shipping link for you. If you need tax included, you can also let me know your requirements.
