Hello! The Dragon Boat Festival is a Chinese national public holiday, as well as a traditional folk festival with over two thousand years of history. Please find below our holiday schedule and the related adjustments to our business services, so you can plan ahead accordingly.
Holiday Schedule
Holiday dates: Jun 19–21, 2026 (3 days in total)
Full resumption of normal services: Jun 22, 2026
Service Arrangements During the Holiday
Order fulfillment: For automated Shopify orders already synced to our system, picking, packing, dispatch, and overseas delivery will all run as normal, with no impact on turnaround times.
Domestic warehouse receiving & goods handling: In-warehouse services such as receiving and outbound shipping will operate as usual during the holiday.
Quotes, inquiries & sourcing: Inquiries will be received as normal during the holiday; formal proposals and quotations will be issued within 1–2 business days after we resume work. Only urgent business needs will receive interim responses.
Payments & account top-ups: Please complete your confirmed order payments and account top-ups before Jun 18 so that procurement can proceed normally before the holiday.
Wallet top-ups & bank transfers: These will operate as normal during the holiday.
After-sales & issue handling: Basic urgent services such as order status inquiries and logistics exception reporting will be available during the holiday; confirmed refunds and claims will be processed as normal.
Complex after-sales reviews: These will be prioritized once we resume work.
